The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  In store purchases:

  
  

  -Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase

  -Merchandise must be returned to the original location where it was purchased

  -Merchandise must be in the original condition and in the original packing materials (shoebox, etc)

  -Sales Receipt is required for all returns and exchanges

  -Exchanges may be made within 60 days of purchase, under the aforementioned criteria

  -Final sale if shoes were discounted 30% or more.

  -No cash refunds

   

   

  Online sales:

  -Same as above applies, but customer pays for cost of the shipping the shoes back.
